Choose a Lesson:
For This lesson, I'm going to add an average gradient to a picture. It is very easy to do. What we are going to do is add it so that it looks like it really part of the picture.
[x] First, Get a Picture. I'm going to use a picture of Jared Leto.
[x] Next, go to Layers >> Layer From Background [this will make the background able to be edited].
[x] go to Layers >> Blending Options
[x] Once You Go To Layer Style [Blending Options] >> Gradient Overlay. Choose a Blend Mode that will blend in with the picture. Some that work are Screen, Linear Light or Overlay. Once you pick one, set to opacitiy and angle to your liking. If you don't want to add any text, brushes etc... You're Done :)
