Im really not going to get too far ahead of myself with beginners just a simple flashing icon

Icons are 48x48 pixels.

1- Put Text on an icon



2 Make A Specific Color To Fill one of the letters



3 Continue this Pattern Until You Get This:



*Delay Time = 11 applied to all frames and looped


Lesson Two



how to make a color fade.. (red)

1- put text on an icon



2- add a light red to the first letter



3- add a darker color to the fisrt letter and move the lighter color to the second color.



4- keep adding daker colors (and moving the ligher colors over) until you get to black and it should look like this:
